SHIPPING
We ship from Santa Ana, California (USA). All orders are processed same day if received by 9:00 AM PST, all later orders will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact USPS Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
● Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in your order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method. Orders are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment.
● We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the receiver. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
● RHAYNE Swim is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. Please contact the carrier and file a claim.

RETURNS
Domestic Orders (United States)
We offer returns on all orders placed within the United States and we provide you with a $7.50 return shipping label. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 10 days of receiving your order to either create an exchange, receive a full refund/store credit minus the $7.50 return fee. We do not accept returns after 10 days from the delivery date. Once a return is initiated, the return shipping label will be active for 14 days before it expires. We recommend getting a receipt from the post office when you drop off your package to confirm it's been scanned. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items (all sale items are considered final sale).
We do not accept returns on products that have been worn, stained, altered, washed or received with any odor or evident sign of wear. All items returned must be in new and unused condition with a sanitary strip in place. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
All returns are sent to our California warehouse and shipping times can vary. We kindly ask that you please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to be processed once your return package has been delivered. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@rhayneswim.com immediately upon receiving your item. We will request photos of the damaged item(s) and once evaluated, we will inform you if a replacement is possible.

NOTE: RHAYNE Swim will not accept a return on merchandise that has been worn, washed or is missing original tags and hygienic liners. Please be cautious of any makeup/deodorant marks on merchandise, as we will not grant a return on damaged items. We have the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
